• Cancellations: Please kindly allow us 24 hours for all cancellations.

• Gift Card purchases cannot be exchanged or refunded.

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

• Please note that we do not offer refunds on services rendered.  However, to the best of our abilities, we will correct any issues that may arise within 7 days .
